To streamline IDLF's operations, the contributor integrated the website forms with HubSpot CRM using its API, thereby enhancing data management and customer relationship processes.

Facing the challenge of developing an additional site for the US market with different content, the protagonist skilfully navigated the intricacies of the HubSpot CRM system. Despite the initial suggestion from HubSpot's account manager that an upgrade to a higher tier was required - a move that would have doubled the original cost by nearly $400 - Mr. Radi found an innovative solution. By ingeniously adding a pre-checked, CSS-hidden checkbox field to the US site and creating a corresponding "US Client" field in HubSpot, he was able to track new site visitors within the existing tier.
